Adobe Table 3.04 (1003K) -- this package includes an updated Adobe Table for Adobe Pagemaker 6.5.

ClarisWorks 4.0v5 updater (2425K) -- this updater brings any version of ClarisWorks 4.0 up to v5, with many enhancements. You may need to drag this file onto Stuffit Expander 4.01 (267K) to decode it.

DNA 008 (214K) -- this is the most recent DNA for Tech Tool Pro, which includes support for System 7.61.

HP DeskJet 800 series SW 9.3 (3453K) -- this is the newest version of the HP DeskJet 800 series printer software.

HP DeskJet / DeskWriter 300 series SW 6.03 (1521K) -- this is the newest version of the HP DeskJet / DeskWriter 300 series printer software.

HP Desk Writer 600 series SW 9.21 (3232K) -- this is the newest version of the HP Deskwriter 600 series printer software.

Global Village Modem Software Updates -- this site will update any version of your Global Village Software. These Updates may fix many bugs with earlier versions, including one with FreePPP 2.5.

Hard Disk ToolKit PE 2.0x --> 2.06 (1753K) -- this file will update version 2.0x of Hard Disk ToolKit Personal Edition to 2.06. It includes improvements and better compatibilities with new system updates.

Iomega Zip Tools 5.01 and Iomega Zip Tools 4.32 (2374K) -- download this file with all the newest Zip Drive software, and many improvements. Version 4.32 includes some software not included with 5.01.

MegaPhone 1.03p updater (1590K) -- this file updates Megaphone, an Answering Machine-Telephone program that shipped with many Performa computers.

Norton Disk Doctor 3.2.x --> 3.2.4 (162K) -- this file updates Norton Disk Doctor to the newest version, which is compatible with system 7.6.

Ram Doubler 2.01 and 1.62A (214) updates -- these files update any versions of Ram Doubler you have installed, to the most recent, which can fix many bugs.

Sam 4.51 (951K) or Sam 4.0.x --> 4.0.8 (476K) -- these updaters update Sam 4.0.x and 4.5.x to the most recent version. This site also has the most recent virus definitions file, updated every month. If you want to keep protected from all the newest viruses, get these files.

Speed Doubler 2.03 (347K) and 1.32 updates -- these files update any version of Speed Doubler you have installed, for better compatibility, including System 7.61.

Stuffit Deluxe 4.0, Drop Stuff with Expander Enhancer 4.0, and Stuffit SpaceSaver Updaters (880K) --this will update all the above files to the the most recent version. This includes the newest version of Stuffit Engine.

Tech Tool Pro 1.03 Update (1MB) -- this file will update Tech Tool Pro to the newest version 1.03.

WordPerfect 3.5.x --> 3.5.3 (3263K) or WordPerfect 3.5.2--> 3.5.3 (150K) -- this update has many improvements over the previous versions of WordPerfect, including compatibility with System 7.6.

Xclaim VR Software 2.01 (1600K) -- this includes the most recent release of the Xclaim VR Software, and System software for you Xclaim VR PCI Card. It also includes ATI Graphics Accelerator 1.2.2, which is a newer than the version installed by System 7.6.1.

Applications

Adobe Acrobat Reader 3.0 (6334K) this software package contains everything you need to view pdf (portable document format) files. Pdf documents are useful if you want to make a document and send it to someone else, while retaining the exact fonts and look it was meant to have. This package also includes Adobe Type Manager 4.0 which allows your system to print and display anti-aliased fonts, which is worth the download!

Calculator II 1.5 (99K) this application replaces Apple's "calculator" (located under the apple menu). It is far better than the one supplied with your system software, because it has all the trigonometry functions as well, not just the basics.

Calc-Works 1.52 (306K) this application is the best shareware scientific calculator out there, even better than Calculator II.

Check Book 2.0 (623K) -- this application allows you to balance your check book and other bank transactions fast and easy.

Doc Maker 4.75 (454K) -- this application is all you need to make "Stand Alone Documentation", meaning you don't need any other application to read documents created by it. It has many options, including embedded links and pictures.

Do It All Calendar 3.03 (501K) -- this application will keep a list of what you have to do and when. When something is due, it will notify you!

Guru 2.4 (228K) -- GURU, Guide to Ram Upgrades, gives you everything you need to upgrade your RAM by giving you specs on any Macintosh computer you may have.

Hypercard Player 2.35 (1462K) -- the most recent version of Apple's Hypercard Player, for using Hypercard stacks.

Icon Achiver 2.1 (396K) -- this application saves all the custom icons you want, in an easy to see file. Simply drag and drop, to place an icon on a file or folder.

Picon 1.3 (34K) this small application creates custom icon files with a variety of designs, without messing with Res-Edit.

Resedit 2.1.3 (631K) -- this application is Apple's resource editor for work with many types of things stored in a file's resource. I use it to put pictures in simpletext, to change file types, to make pattern resources, and to make custom folder icons.

Resource Remover 1.1 PPC (80K) and 68K (77K) this small application will erase the resource of any file you drag onto it. It can be used on graphics and web pages to save space on your web server before uploading files.

Screen Ruler 2.05 PPC (97K) or 68K (93K) -- this small application is just a ruler that displays on your screen. It measures in centimeters, inches and pixels. Very useful if your trying to make images a certain size or measuring border sizes, etc...

Simm Stack 4.7 (224) -- this hypercard stack gives you instructions on RAM upgrades, with pictures. Try using it together with Guru 2.2 above. You must have Hypercard Player (found above) to use this program.

Simple Date 1.4 (58K) -- this small application displays a small monthly calender for any year. You can store this in your apple menu items to look up a date.

Simple Text 1.33 (99K) -- this is the most recent version of Simple Text if you already don't have 25 copies. This one supports QuickDraw 3D files. Also try Simple Text Color Menu Patch 2.2 below, to enhance SimpleText.

SimpleText Color Menu Patch 2.3 (73K) (hold down the shift key to download, and drag in onto Stuffit Expander 4.01) this patch adds a font color, sound and speech menu, and many other useful enhancements to SimpleText.

Spell Tools 1.21 (1774K) this application can spell check any text, including HTML documents and your e-mail. It can be very useful, but installs an older version of Text to Speech software. After Installing Spell Tools you should Install English Text to Speech 1.5.

Sun Clock 1.01 (77K) this small application graphically shows you where the sun is shinning on the earth and where it's not. Maybe you can use it if you call overseas a lot.
