The right mouse button in War2 can be your best friend. It is almost useless to play this game without exploiting the many functions of this most wonderful button.
Unlike Warcraft the original, you now have the ability to make your characters do many functions with the click of one single button. For example in this game any selected character or group of characters will walk anywhere that you click with the right mouse button. That is just the most basic of things. There are many, many other useful functions of this button as well.
The RMB will also cause any selected character or group of characters to attack a unit that you select with the RMB. NOTE: that the selected character or group of characters will attack only the one selected unit until it is dead or destroyed. They will not attack anything else.
The RMB is also very useful with the Peasant or Peon. This little workers are important to keep busy and we can't waste time ordering them around so the gracious developers of War2 allow you to use the RMB to perform almost any task they do.
Some Examples are:
Harvesting Lumber - Just use the RMB on the desired trees to be cut
Mining - Just use the RMB on the Mine to be mined
Repairing Damaged Buildings - Just use the RMB on the building you wish to repair
NOTE: For these to work you must have a unit selected to do the task. They do not automatically select a unit to do the work, you must do at least that.
Well there are many other uses for the RMB so be experimentive and you will find it incredibly useful for you. It works especially well with Bombers!
