What
you need to know.
You should know how to use your compiler and/or interpreter as well as the keywords of that tool.
You should understand how to use DOS commands or at the very least an ability to manage files using either DOS or Windoze.
Obviously in order to view these pages, you should know how to use a web browser.
There are probably other things you may also need to know that I cannot think of at the moment. Perhaps one of my biggest pet peaves is hearing from individuals who ask questions like "Why doesn't my code work?" or "Why can't I get someone else's xxx library to work?" For starters, open ended questions like that require a lot of looking into and more questions. Also, I do not maintain other people's code libraries so your questions would be best posted to the actual people who do write these libraries.
