A few pictures from our life in Curacao

Kenepa Beach
Our favorite beach: Knip baai (Kenepa).

Spanish Waters

We were really lucky to live very close to "Spanish Waters" (left), and Caracasbaai beach (right).
The best places in Curacao for watersports: Sailing, Jet-ski, Windsurfing, Water-ski, diving, etc.

This is life! Windsurfing ...
The author, windsurfing at Spanish Waters. That was life!

After windsurfing for several years I fulfilled my dream of a long time: learning how to sail a real sailboat. After a few lessons from my friend Wotty and the certification exam, I was able to take family and friends to sail around this beautiful place, moved only by the wind.

Sailing... sailing with the wind
Sailing with the kids.

Janthiel Lagoon

Believe it or not, we did have "snow" in Curacao. You can see here my kids and Dushi standing on the ice.
Well, .... actually they were on a salt lagoon (Janthiel lagoon).
I used to jog around it every other day (4 kms of solitude) with Dushi.

Daibooi baai

As soon as we arrived to Curacao we started touring the more than 25 different beachs that we have here. This picture was taken at Daibooibaai beach.

Farewell party

Our farewell party: Moonlight sailing, midnight barbecue at a small island in Spanish Waters, and finally an splash at Sta. Barbara beach.
A night to remember...
