PositionsNadu--This position is meant to be a proud one for the slave her head high in the honor of serving you. In this position the slave kneels, her ankles are crossed as she sits upon her heels with her shoulders and back straight, her breasts thrust out her belly in, and her head held high and her eyes lowered in respect. Her thighs widely spread, her hands rest upon her thighs palms upward.
Tower Slave (white Nadu) a state slavegirl in any of the cities of Gor; her duties in the apartment cylinders are largely domestic; traditionally, she kneels with her knees together & with her wrists crossed in front of her, as if for binding
Bara--Punishment position, girl on her belly, hands behind back wrists crossed, ankles crossed, head to the left.
Belly--Submissive position, girl on her belly resting her chin on the Master's feet.
Sula-- In this position, a slave lays upon her back, her hands at her sides, palms upward, her legs widely spread, to await her Master's pleasure.
Sula-Ki--This position is almost identical to the Sula position, except once the slave has assumed the Sula position she slowly lifts her hips up off the floor, as if beckoning him with her body, encouraging her sexual use by him.
Leasha-- Standard kneeling position, girl on her knees, eyes lowered. Her back to her Master, her chin up, her head high and turned to the left so a leash may be attached to her collar, with her chin up and her back and shoulders straight. Her wrists are extended behind her, side by side, in a position to be locked into chained slave bracelets.
Bracelet--her hips slightly turned to one side, her back and shoulders erect, her wrists crossed behind her back and her head turned to the left, in anticipation of having slave bracelets attached to her wrists.
Table--Submissive position can be used for punishment, this position is very uncomfortable to the slave, girl on all fours, head straight ahead eyes down, back level, elbows locked, ass up in the air. Remember if she is in this position she can also be used as a table.
Leading Position--The slave stands and moves behind her Master, bending at the waist. She places her hands behind her and puts the side of her head to her Master's hip, that he might lead her easily by the hair or collar while walking.
Leading position--Submissive position, this position is for leading your slave out by the hair, girl stands bent at the waist, hair falling , so you can grab her hair and lead her out.
Hair Position--the slave stands, her feet flat on the floor, and bows gracefully at the waist, that her hair might fall forward for display, or to be shorn, seized, or used for any purpose that the Master desires.
Collaring Position (Ko Lar)--Submissive position,the slave kneels at the Master's
feet and leans her body back, sitting upon her heels, with her arms extended upward, crossed at the
wrists, and her head beneath them lowered in supplication.
Whipping Position--the slave first assumes the Nadu position, though with her arms crossed in front of her. She then leans forward and places her head to the floor, first sweeping her hair forward over her shoulders in order that her back might be utterly exposed to the whip.
Obedience Position--The slave goes to the floor, laying upon her stomach, face down before the Master. She turns her head and places her cheek against his feet, kissing them lightly in a gesture of love and submission.
She-Sleen Position--the slave falls to her hands and knees, her head down on the floor, her hindquarters upthrust for viewing and/or her Master's pleasure. "Serving in the modality of the she-quadruped" is an instruction whereby the slave performs her regular duties upon hands and knees, without the benefit of the use of her hands. In this mode she may not rise to her feet and may use only her mouth and teeth to grasp and manipulate objects.
Slaver's Kiss Position--The slave falls to the floor upon all fours, and lowers her head to the ground, with her buttocks thrust upward and her thighs widely spread, exposing her hindquarters fully in preparation for the caress of the leather against her body.
Slave Lips--the slave turns her head up to the Master, her lips pursed in a sensual kissing position. She remains motionless, her lips thusly puckered, and may not move until she is granted the kiss of a Master.
Gorean Usage Position--The slave falls to the floor upon all fours, and keeps her head straight, her eyes looking forward, with her buttocks thrust upward and her thighs widely spread in preparation for the sexual use of the Master.
Walk--the slave turns in a graceful pirouette, her hair swinging. She then walks, gliding across the room, her feet hardly seeming to leave the floor, her hips swaying sensually, her body erect and proud. When she reaches her objective she halts and stands, her body erect, her shoulders back, her chest thrust forward, her belly in. She turns her hip out a bit, her hands at her sides, and points one foot. Her head is up and her eyes are lowered.
Run--the slave runs toward her objective, taking short rapid steps, with her legs almost straight, her feet hardly leaving the floor. As she moves her back is straight, her head is turned to the left, and her arms are at her sides, her palms facing outward at a 45 degree angle to her body. Upon reaching her objective she drops gracefully to her knees and typically resumes the position of Nadu.

Silks and Slave Clothing
White- The white silk slave is not necessarily virgin, merely reserved for her Master/ Mistresses sole use. Generally permitted to serve drinks and food and conversation but sexual use is forbidden and corporal punishment is at the hands of the owners. Masters and Mistresses insulted, may embarrass, confine or display the slave, but may not strike in any way nor permit another to do so. Once a slave has been changed to red silk she is not excepted as a white.
Red- the mark of a pleasure slave...may generally be used by any who desire her usage but may be reserved for the sole use of the owner. A pleasure slave is considered to be highly trained to please in all ways: sexual, service wise, dancing, and are closest to the houris of the arabian harem.
Yellow- Denotes the Tavern owned slave..her use is rented and negotiated with the Tavern owner and may include sexual favors at the owners descretion.
Grey- State owned slaves
Black- the mark of an unowned un-purchased slave.
Camisk- a cloth that is used to bind and conceal the loins of the slave female, brought between the legs and drawn extremely tight about the waist to emphasis it.
Ta-Teera- a simple cloth..slit fully on both side with a slit for the head, worn poncho style the cloth is held in place with a cord tied tightly about the waist..the hem coming barely beneath the groin and bottom so that the slave flesh is fully available at all times.
shoes/sandles- never giving to a slave...they are kept barefoot..occasionally cords are wrapped decoratively about the ankles and calves.

A word on serves
One of the most common activities that goes on in the IRC Gorean Taverns is the serving of the Masters. This is where the slaves get to "strut their stuff" and where they can catch the eye of a Master. There are many different serves as you can see as you observe a Tavern but all serves have some basic elements in them. Use these basic elements to make your serve become your signature. Again a warning.... do not use someone else's serve, find one that reflects you. Another thing to remember... do not use popups to do your serves. You may be kicked from a Tavern as some have strict rules about their use. Beyond that there is good reason not to, a popup remains the same and soon becomes boring. A serve should vary a bit as each item and each Master you serve does.
To really do a good serve or to know the positions well...try to do
them at home. Look in the mirror and see how it looks and also see
how it feels... this goes a long way into perfecting a serve. The following
is an example of a serve...... kajira{WG}r kneels quickly and gracefully crosses the tavern, finds a clean goblet, takes it down and pours the fresh rancid paga into it...
kajira{WG}r turns and walks seductively back to Master, her hips swaying gently, she slips to her knees before Master, her tanned thighs widely parted and her brand clearly visible on her thigh, and pushes her long, long blonde hair back...
kajira{WG}r smiles coyly at Master she brings the goblet to her slave heat resting it there... then up past her belly to between her generous breasts.....pausing there to show her slave devotion....
kajira{WG}r brings the goblet to her soft full lips and kisses the rim, slowly turning the goblet as she does. With her tawny head bowed, her slender arms raised above her, she offers the paga and says... "May this paga and this girl both be pleasing to you, Master ..."
Many times a slave will be asked to dance. Do not even attempt this [Image] unless you have created a dance of your own. This will come in time. Ask another slave to help you, watch the dances of the other slaves and best of all read the Gor novels and see the dances that are done in them. Do not copy another's dance but see it and take the basic elements and add your own touches to it.
There are some specific Gorean Dances. Some examples are the Capture dance and the Whip dance. These dances are in the Gor novels. They have specific elements that need to be in them. The capture dance recounts the time in a slave's life when she was captured and made a slave. Of course not all slaves became slaves in this manner. There are other Gorean dances too, see the novels for them.
Of course, as with serves and positions, the best way to learn a dance is to do it. Many slaves will script a dance and never attempt it, then when it is performed there will be elements to it that are impossible to ever actually do! Do not embarass yourself by doing that, even though you may feel silly doing the dance it is the best way to get a good, believable, erotic dance.
Dances are intricate movements and therefore are allowed to be scripted and macros may be used to perform them. A word of warning .... do not make the macros too wordy and long as Tavern patrons tend to get bored easily. Use adjectives to their best advantage and do not forget to add plenty of action. Start with creating a simple dance of your own before attempting the classic Gorean dances.

Slave Rules
Slave Rule #1 Greet all Freeperson's with Master/Mistress, if the gender cannot be determined by the nick, use Master till corrected. Apologize profusely, and then make note.
Slave Rule #2
While Freeperson's are NOT always right, they are by defination,
NEVER Wrong, therefore slave's do not argue with a Freeperson,
they have the last two words in any disagreement ...those being
"Yes Master".Slave Rule #3 Slaves have no rights, you have nothing not given you by a Master. Your name is not your own, it can be changed at any time. Any items given to you by a Master, can just as easily be taken from you, if you are entrusted to carry the name of an Owner, silks, jewlery, guard them carefully and with your life.
Slave Rule #4 The merest whim of your Owner is your highest law. The collar entrusted to you carries the honor of your Owner, you and you alone, can make it as light or as heavy as you wish it to be.
Slave Rule #5 Jealousy and possessiveness of one's owner has killed more slaves than disobedience. The Master's actions are unquestionable.
Slave Rule #6 Slaves are forbidden to message any Master in any channel without first seeking permission in the open channel. Failure to do so could result in the slave being whipped.
Slave Rule #7 Slaves who "entice" with slave heat, should be prepared to act upon such actions. Slave heat should NOT be used unless the slave truly wishes to "entice" the Master. If you show it, be prepared to use it.
Slave Rule #8 Slave's are not permitted to enter into the conversation's of the Freeperson's ... if you wish to converse with your sister's do so in msg's .... do not discuss URTHLY (everyday) issues on GOR, in an open channel.
Slave Rule #9 Slaves are not to touch any form of weaponry... this even includes a kitchen knife... slaves are not allowed to touch coins... each of these items can carry the penalty of death for a slave.
Slave Rule #10 Slaves are slave's on all nets and channels, to be caught as a Freeperson, or under a nick, or uncollared under another nick, could result in death for a slave, or at bare mininum.. branded a traitor(ess) to Gor.
Slave Rule #11 Slaves are to be pleasing at all times, there is no room for PMS, or bad moods. If your not up to being pleasing, do not enter the channels. Excellence and perfection in a slave is the goal, only that will be tolerated.
Slave Rule #12 There is a myth going around cyber Gor that all kajirae and kajirus must speak in third person, while most kajirae do, the final descision as to wether the slave does falls upon the shoulders of thier Master. The slave must always listen to the one who owns them, even if they are not there, the one who's collar that they wear has the final say.

Tavern/Inn/Camp Rules
Tavern Rule #1 Permission may not always be needed to enter a Gorean Channel, but permission to leave is always required. Permission is also needed to go AFK (away from keyboard) but if your going to be longer than just a minute or two, it is best to ask to leave the channel. If a slave is unsure as to whether permission to enter is needed, please msg a sister already on the channel, and ask.
(Examples of permission requests:: Master's may a girl/boy have
permission to go AFK please? ::: Master's may a girl/boy have
permission to leave the tavern/inn please?)If a slave is granted permission to go AFK, the nick of the slave should reflect such ... ie: spirit-AFK. If a slave is in the alcove, the nick of the slave should also reflect such ... ie: spirit-ALC. This helps the channel OPs to know the whereabouts of the slave. It offers the slave the greatest protection.
Tavern Rule #2 Popups and Macro's are forbidden in most channels. It is to the slave's advantage to continually type out your service, leaves room for creativity, charm and wit, which are rewarded in the end.
Tavern Rule #3 Slaves cannot serve more than one Master at a time, therefore a slave cannot be in more than ONE channel at a time. Greeting new arrivals while serving a Freeperson is also forbidden. Finish your serving, then greet the new arrivals accordingly. Remember the Freeperson is your top priority.
Tavern Rule #4 Slaves cannot be forced into any alcove ... nor can a slave be forced into a collar... if a slave feels overwhelmed by a Freeperson's advances contact a channel Operative ..that is what they are they for, or post the problem to the channel.
Tavern Rule #5 Fidgeting and laziness are not pleasing. Idle slaves are not pleasing. If your not serving a Freeperson busy yourself with cooking, cleaning, or speak to your sisters in msg's and learn more of GOR.
Tavern Rule #6 In regards to slave heat, new slaves to GOR or to the tavern/inn should NOT use "slave heat" in their serves. Learn the channel rules regarding such by observation or speaking to the other slaves in the channel if in doubt. IF a slave choses to use "slave heat" in their service to a Freeperson then be prepared to use it as a slave.
Tavern Rule #7 Visiting other Tavern/Inn's carries the weight and risk of those places... be cautious.
Tavern Rule #8 Slaves are to be pleasing at all times. Your life on GOR depends greatly on it. The slave should always be in good spirits and ready to serve upon demand.
Tavern Rule #9 Slaves think before reacting to any situation. What occurs in the Tavern/Inn is between Freepersons. It concerns no slave, unless the slave has been found displeasing.
Tavern Rule #10 GOR is NOT fair. GOR is NOT just.

General Rules
General Rule #1 Uncollared slaves are at the mercy and whim of any Freeperson. A uncollared slave may be punished or whipped by anyone for any reason, or simply because a Freeperson can. Collared slaves, have the protection of their collar and their indiscretion is reported to their Owner for his/her action.
General Rule #2
White Silk slaves are allowed to serve food and drink and have
conversation from their knee's. No laps or alcoves are permitted
them. White Silk does not mean virginal. Collared Slaves whose
owner's put them in White Silk are protected under the restrictions
given them by their Silks and the Owner. No Freeperson, with honor,
will cross the restrictions of the White Silk.There are two types of Red Silk Slaves:
"Collared Red Silk" - The slave is a pleasure slave, trained in serving, dance and sexual pleasures. The slave is reserved soley for the use of the Owner.
"True Red Silk" - Same as above, could be collared or uncollared but the slave's sexual pleasures are allowed use by any Freeperson. Sometimes payment is made to the Owner for the use of the slave. If an uncollared slave claims "red silk", the slave should be prepared to be used as "red silk."
General Rule #3 Slaves may not be forced a collar. No Freeperson may place upon the neck of a slave a collar that the slave does not want. A slave upon finding a Freeperson, to whom they wish to bear the collar, must beg for the collar in open channel. A Gorean Collar is for a lifetime, be sure you know the Freeperson to whose collar the slave is taking. Uncollared slaves should NOT be in a hurry to be collared. Take your time, get to know all Freepersons.
Once a slave has begged the collar, the Freeperson has two choices. They may either collar the slave or slay the slave. BE SURE you know the Freeperson before begging/accepting any collar.
Once the slave is collared, the new Owner, may or may not, at the discretion of the Owner, whip the newly collared slave. This is not for punishment, or any wrongs done. This is simply because the Freeperson can. Some may call it an instructional whipping, to show the slave who is Owner, who is slave. These whippings may be in an open channel or in private.
General Rule #4 Uncollared slave's may not be forced into an alcove for sexual favors. The slave does have the right to say "no". If the Freeperson insists, contact a channel OP. Collared slave's may not be taken to an alcove, unless it is by their Owner, or the Owner has permitted such activities. Before entering an alcove with a Freeperson, make sure the slave knows the Freeperson.
General Rule #5
In some Tavern/Inn's slave heat must be used in service, or the slave
is punished. If a slave is uncomfortable about the use of such, then
do not enter the channel. If a slave is unsure about the policy of
the Tavern/Inn, in regards to slave heat, then contact a channel OP of
that channel. They will be more than willing to aid you. In some
channels (mostly training channels) slave heat is forbidden, in other's
it is the up to the slave to determine the use. Be Cautious. Know
yourself and the Freeperson your serving before using slave heat.
General Rule #6 Serving in a Tavern/Inn may be sexy, subtle, and humorous, but may not be overly erotic. Use discretion in the slave's descriptions. The channels are not brothels, do not show more than what is necessary to be pleasing and fun for the slave.
General Rule #7 Since slaves are not permitted to touch money, occassionally a Freeperson will give the slave a coin for services rendered, or payment to the Tavern/Inn for the Freeperson's account. Should this happen, inform the Freeperson that you may not touch money, ask that the Freeperson place the coin(s) in a pouch around the slave's neck, or waist. If the slave's Owner or a Tavern/Inn Keeper, to which payment is to be rendered, is present, then the slave should open their mouth, and extend their tongue. The Freeperson will place the coin(s) upon the slave's tongue and the slave will deliver such coin(s) to the proper Freeperson in that manner. Again, opening the mouth and extending the tongue for the Freeperson to remove the coin(s). If coin(s) are tossed at a slave LET THEM FALL!!
