| I originally owned a Atari 5200 game system way back in 1984ish? I wanted to do some computing besides playing games, so I moved on to a 600XL computer, then to an 800XL because it had a whopping 64K of memory (only 48K was usable). While the PC craze was going strong (but too high priced) I bought a 520ST, one of the first with TOS on ROM. I still own and hope to start using much of it's software, now that emulation is available on the PC. Be sure to check out the PaCifiST Home Page for an excellent ST emulator! Only available for DOS/Windows based PC's. PaCifiST will also run on OS/2 in DOS mode. |
