EXPERIENCE
Computer Technician/Repairman 1993 - Present
Primary function is assembling, upgrading, troubleshooting and repairing IBM compatible
computers and printers, both onsite and in house. Duties also include installing software,
resolving software problems, creating and installing cabling (network, telephone, etc...),
and onsite installation of hardware and software. Work with operating systems such as
Windows 95/98, Windows NT 4.0, DOS/Windows 3.x, Windows for Workgroups and Novell NetWare.
Electronics Technician/Reactor Operator 1988 - 92
United States Navy, U.S.S. Texas (CGN-39) Alameda, California
Operated, maintained and repaired all electronic equipment associated with the nuclear
reactors aboard ship. In charge of all aspects of computer operation for my division,
including programming and troubleshooting.

Intensive college level multi disciplinary training program for nuclear reactor operating
personnel. Total overall attrition rate is approximately 98%.

Advanced academic college preparatory curriculum. Top 5% of class. Courses taken include
Calculus, Physics, Electronics, and Typing. Set school record for highest ACT score (32 of
34).
