The GEOS/NewDeal WebRing is a collection of sites devoted to the Operating System that we have all come to know and love:
GEOS.
GEOS is a COS (Computer Operating System) which uses a DOS's file system to create a MS Windows(tm)-like GUI operating environment using far less system resources and running on far less capable computers (min.: 286 with 640kB of memory and 8mB HD space) than MS Windows. GEOS-based software must be installed on top of a true DOS. The current version supports WWW browsing and POP-3 email. An IRC chat client is available.
The GEOS/NewDeal WebRing is the 74th most popular WebRing in the "Computers" section of the WebRing RingWorld as of 6:45am EST, Tuesday, March 2, 1999. Thanks for helping spread the word!
