Jan 1996- July 1996 |
As System Administrator was responsible for designing and
developing software system for Spear parts Storage Control. The contractor was “National
Electrical Company”. This package was designed to work off-line from the network. There
was a head office where all data arrived as special files true a modem or floppy disks.
Automatically newest data were consolidated into main database and other special transfer
files were generated for every particular branch. This allowed every person depends of
restrictions to have a real up-to the last transfer files available data. Every branch had
this only particular part of data available to work with. Branches can transfer different
documents between each other. Communication between them are made trough the head office.
The processes of filling all documents are separated into two parts. The First one is
filled into branches and contains only data for quantity and quality of goods; the Second
part is filled in the head office from bookkeepers and contains only information for
prices. This particular information (prices) is not distributed to branches. Another
sophisticated part of the system is security of transferred files and different kinds of
security for different branches depending on their functionality. Interface size 6Mb – about 3.5 Mb code in Access Basic, 85 forms, 25 reports, 210 external queries and more than 300 internal run-time parameterized queries , 55 tables with a lots of relations between Duties and Activities: Environment: MS Access 2.0 , MS Access Developers Toolkit, MS Windows 95, MS Solution Pack, MS Windows 3.1, Novell 3.11 |

As System Administrator was involved in developing software
system for business management documents and finances flow in a company. Also the system gave up to the minute information about stock quantity, value of goods into the stokes, goods taken or given on consignment. Another part of the package was designed to support assembling/disassembling processing. Interface size 15 Mb – about 10 Mb code in Access Basic, 85 forms, 25 reports, 210 external queries and more than 300 internal run-time parameterized queries , 55 tables with a lots of relations between Duties and Activities: Environment: MS Access 2.0 , MS Access Developers Toolkit, MS Windows 95, MS Solution Pack, MS Windows 3.1, Novell 3.11 |
