Fraud charges can be laid against an individual or company that

knowingly sells you a product and then delivers a completely different

product. As in the case mentioned earlier about the individual that

received a Celeron CPU instead of an true Pentium II, or recieving

Used merchandice instead of New merchandice.

If one is faced with these circumstances, then they should infact call

the Police Fraud unit and lay charges appropriate to the circumstance.

This is the only way to stop this problem from happening to someone

else.
