We are very pleased to have the opportunity to work with you and your
company on the specialized job search database that you have created.
We believe that Relational DataSearch database will become a leading tool for
vocational counselors as well as other professionals involved in job search
activities .

Your product combines easily accessible technology with DOT, SIC
codes, and standardized job descriptions allowing the counselor to link
potential employees to open positions. This function has traditionally been
improbable if not impossible due to the fact a database product like yours
simply has not existed. Also, DataSearch is so simple to operate that even
counselors with low computer skills can be brought up to speed quickly and
easily.

In addition, we are impressed with DataSearch's other functionality:
client reports, documentation, and management profiles. We see this as
especially useful as a measurement tool for agencies that need to supply some
level of accountability as to how many clients have been sent to interviews,
how many have been placed, and in essence how effective the agency has
been in its overall placement goals.

Delta Consulting Group, Inc. is also pleased that we are able to supply
you with yet another feature that will enhance and greatly increase the
database's functionality in Memphis (and the other cities where we havefranchises).

In the near future we will have completed the 1997 update for "Doing
Business in Memphis," a comprehensive database with detailed and specific
information on more that 10,000 Memphis businesses. This resource will be a
perfect complement to vocational counselors and job search firms which can
benefit from having such information as company SIC codes, fax numbers,
size of company, and decision makers names and titles.

As we discussed, we are willing to accommodate you and your clients
as you see fit. Some of your customers will want the complete database with
all fields of information while others may want only specialized or customized
versions. Pricing will vary according to how much of the database the client
