GLimpse Viewer

Description

 GLimpse viewer is an OpenGL based application for Windows 95 and Windows NT. It allows you to explore 3D data files in various formats in Flat and Gouraud shaded modes.

Supported file formats
  • *.bdf - bCAD native file format;
  • *.3ds - Autodesk 3D Studio binary file format;
  • *.asc - Autodesk 3D Studio ASCII file format;
  • *.nff - Sense 8 file format;

Navigation

 GLimpse lets you move around and inside 3D scenes using keyboard for navigation.

Arrow Left/Right camera target left/right
Page Up/Down camera target up/down
Ctrl + Arrow Left/Right camera viewpoint left/right
Ctrl + Page Up/Down camera viewpoint up/down
Shift + Arrow Up/Down slide up/down
Shift + Arrow Left/Right slide left/right
Shift + Page Up/Down bank left/right
Grey +/- zoom in/out

 GLimpse is a FREE software so you can download and use it without any payment.

GLimpse viewer for Windows 95 (.ZIP 1200 Kb) contains GLimpse executable and all the necessary OpenGL components for Windows 95. GLimpse viewer for Windows NT (.ZIP 300 Kb) contains GLimpse executable only.
