I am a prek-3 major and will be in Curriculum and Instruction next semester. I like young children and can't wait to be a teacher. At this time I substitute at two elementary schools in Jefferson Parish when I am out of school. I plan on teaching Pre-k when I graduate and possibly start my own preschool at some point. If I do stay in the schools I hope to also get certified in physical education to help encourage students to have fun while being active.
