Bike Forums.net: One of the better forums on the WWW. Not a lot of people, but the ones that are there are helpful, and resourceful.

Bicycling Magazine. Check out the forums. Always fun to check in on the flame wars, and you might get some tips on cycling.

This is a tight sight, really helpful, with a lot of information on commuting, and traveling by bicycle. Unfortunately Ken passed on, he was riding and was hit by a drunk driver. The site remains as a memorial to him. Great links and articles on riding, and why.

Recovery
I can honestly say that a lot of what I do and have done is only because I am clean today. I'm living proof that the 12 Steps work.
