Here are the computer games I am currently enjoying:
GRAND PRIX II:
(I've been revisiting 'Caesar II' and just bought 'Caesar III' after playing the demo for a couple of weeks. What fun! Sorta like Sim-City set in Ancient Rome. I'll put some graphics up on this page soon.)
COMANCHE 3:
I have finally completed this game!!
I know all the world loves Jane's Longbow for its realism,
but I've played both and this is by far much more fun to play. I'm hoping NovaLogic will issue an update disk with more missions and an A.I. fix for the TeamMate, (wingman), who is a complete idiot, (!!). The graphics are rich and the story is very immersive. It is my all-time favorite!
is a BLAST! The physics in this game are for real. The cars
seem to behave just as they would in real life. Sixteen
different tracks from all over the world are beautifully
rendered. You can also adjust your car's set-up to make the
most through each turn. There are full-length races and
quick races of 3 laps. I just won my first quick race, on the Jerez track in Spain, the European Gran Prix!)
For more information on military sea and air craft, check out
the
Navy Fact File.
It's loaded with pictures and specs on all sorts of craft.
My personal standard for this form of entertainment is FUN! first. Realism, (or believability), comes second. After all, I am P-L-A-Y-I-N-G!! And when I'm playing I don't want to have to go to flight-school...!
Having trouble finishing a mission without getting blown out of the air? Try this great

I'm also on the lookout for a good space sim, along the lines of STAR RANGER, which was a great sim-game. (IMagic should work on an updated version of STAR RANGER, but I won't hold my breath... blue is not my color.) If you'd like to suggest a space-based sim-game, drop me an E-mail at peterjaq@hooked.net.
