Gus Buzbee has been active nationwide in the professional music scene over the last 20 years. From '79 to '85 he was the owner/operator of Wooden Studios in Houston, TX where he made hundreds of recordings of Houston area bands, both as an engineer and as a musician. Some national acts of note: USDRI, Byther Smith, Big Roger Collins, Joe (Guitar) Hughes, The Temptations, Steve Allen, Trini Lopez, Melba Moore, Fever Tree's Micheal Knust and Pete Fountain, to name a few. Currently, when Gus isn't performing, he teaches Sacred Sound and Guitar to kindred spirits.
