¿ How to download a picture?
To download the picture (clip art, texture, etc.) - hold your cursor over the image, right click and choose "Save picture as..." or "Save image as..." and save the picture in the folder of your choice.
If you are using a Macintosh, hold down the mouse button for about one second. Then, choose "Save this Image as..." from the menu.

¿ How to download and install a True Type Font in Windows?
Click on the samples for downloading the zip files.
1. First unzip these zip files and save them in a folder. You will need Winzip.
2. From the Control Panel open the Fonts folder.
3. On the File menu, click "Install New Font".
4. Click the drive and folder that contain the fonts you want to add.
5. To select more than one font to add, press and hold down the CTRL key, click the fonts you want, then click on OK.

¿ Maximum number of fonts that can be installed.
You can install a maximum of approximately 1000 TrueType fonts in Windows 95 and Windows 98.
But most PC users do not install so many fonts at the same time because they will slow down the system. You can delete the less used fonts and replace them by the new ones.

¿ How to remove a font without deleting the font file?
In order to remove True Type fonts without deleting the font files you must maintain two copies of each font file on the hard disk. The fonts in the Fonts folder (Usually under /Windows folder) are the installed fonts, while the fonts in the other folder are available for installation but may not be active.
1. Use Windows Explorer to create a folder to store a copy of the True Type font files.
2. Copy the fonts you want to remove from the Windows\Fonts folder to the folder you created in step 1.
2. From the Control Panel open the Fonts folder.
3. Click the font you want to delete. To select more than one font to delete, press and hold down the CTRL key.
4. On the File menu, click "Delete".

It might be wise to not to delete the fonts that came with Windows 95/98. These fonts are needed by the Windows. Here is the list of the fonts that came with Windows 95/98:

¿ How to see all the characters contained in the True Type Font file?
A TTF file can contain more characters than letters on the keyboard; the full character set contains 255 characters. You can use the Character Map program that comes with Windows to view all the characters in a font file. To run it click on Start > Programs > Accessories > Character Map. Open it and click on the pull down menu to select an installed font. In the grid of squares you will see the complete set of characters that the font contains
Click on a character to see it pop up and look at the bottom right corner to see the corresponding keystroke.

¿ How to download and install custom brushes?
Click on the samples for downloading the zip files.
1. First unzip these zip files and save them in a folder. You will need Winzip.
2. Copy the brush tip file (file_name.jbr) into the Paint Shop Pro 5/6 > Brushes folder. You can also place the file in a new folder within the Brushes folder.
Note: When you access Custom Brushes, Paint Shop Pro 5/6 reads from all files in the current directory only. By placing them in separate directories, you may browse to them in the Custom Brush Window or simply type in the correct path.

¿ How to use custom brushes in Adobe Photoshop?
The custom brushes are in the ".jbr" file format. You can use them in Paint Shop Pro 5/6. If you want to use them in Adobe Photoshop you have to change the file extension to .abr.
Here is a detailed instruction:
1. Click on your Windows Start button > Settings > Folder Options.
2. Click on the View tab.
3. In the category of Files & Folders find and uncheck the Hide File Extensions For Known File Types checkbox if it is checked. Click on apply button.
4. Open your file manager and find the .jbr file you want to convert.
5. Right click on the file name and select Rename from the menu.
6. Type in a file name with the .abr extension (file_name.abr).
