i dont feel like writing something of my own mind today so i will instad post a recipe that is very good. oh yeah, i like to cook. typical girl right?

hummus
1 can chick peas drained and rinsed
3 tbsp. lemon juice
6 tbsp. water
1 clove garlic, chopped
3 tbsp. tahini (sesame paste)

blend all the ingredients until the mixture is creamy and all the graininess of the beans has been blended away. spoon mixture into a bowl and sprinkle top with paprika powder. hummus can be served as a dip with pita bread and vegetables. yum.
