My fellow Americans, I stand before you tonight to report that the state of our union is (adjective relating to health)__________. Now, that America is working again. The promise of a future is (adjective relating to future prospects) __________. But we cannot realize that promise if we allow the hum of our prosperity to (verb relating to boredom) __________ us into complacency. How we fare as a nation far into the 21st century depends upon what we do as a (collective noun) __________ today.


So, with our budget surplus (three ing-verbs: ones that might remind one of a bank) __________, our economy (ing-verb) __________, our confidence (ing-verb) __________, now is the moment for this generation to meet our historic responsibility to the 21st century.

First and above all, we must save Social Security for the 21st century. The best way to keep Social Security a (contract-related adjective) __________ guarantee is not to (three verbs associated with loosing weight) __________ drastic cuts in benefits, not to (verb) __________ payroll tax rates, not to (verb) __________ the resources from Social Security in the name of saving it. Instead, I propose that we make the historic decision to (verb) __________ the surplus to save Social Security.


So let me say to you tonight, I reach out my (body part that reminds you of Bill Clinton) __________ to all of you in both houses in both parties and ask that we join together in saying to the American people, we will (heroic-sounding action verb) __________ Social Security now.


No child should graduate from high school with a diploma he or she can’t (school-related verb) __________. We do our children no favors when we allow them to pass from grade to grade without mastering the (school-related noun) __________.


But we can’t just hold students back because the (Republican-evoking noun) __________fails them. So my balanced budget triples the funding for summer school and after-school programs to keep a million children (quality of an American) __________.
