647 Michigan Street Eng & Wright, Vancouver 1969 This twenty-two floor monolith overlooking Beacon Hill Park and the Parliament Buildings is the tallest building in the city. Because of its great height there was much public debate after its construction which ultimately led to the 143 foot height restriction on todays high-rises. |
