Ego responds
with a gush of utter nonsense
spirit all the while is silent.

You say that I'm 'out there'
but is not the sun as far
from the earth
as the earth from the sun?

Let us tear off this Mask
and burn it in our fire.

a flame from the Fire.

as we once thought.

Though we can imprison
Ourself
in an infinitude of forms
I find OneSelf no
matter where I look.

What's left to behold?
What would you expect to take place
before our eyes?

Eyes evolve because of sun.
Sensitive sponges absorb light 
and darkness mixed in every way
transmitting messages
to a congested neural brain
addressed to...

Is there anywhere to run?
Or fly?
Oh sensitive soul 
seeking
in a sea of frequencies
resonating.

You are closer to home
than you think.
