Hi, my name's Aaron. I'm a graduate of UMass (Amherst campus) with a Bachelors degree in Fine Arts, specializing in Computer Arts. I'm currently working as a desktop designer for a small credit card bank in Wilmington, DE. It's a suit-and-tie job that involves alot of revisions and technical work, but the people are nice and occasionally I get to be artistic with a project. When not at work I spend a lot of time meditating and enjoying jungle/modern techno/electronica/industrial dance/ambient music. I think these two elements are very strong in my life and ooze into everything I do and am. The art I create is a merging of my spiritual exploration and my interest in technological sci-fi. I try and make my artwork somehow reflect the two as one. I also try to engulf the viewer in the piece, either creating something that mentally takes you to another place, or plunges you into a world of color and shapes, like diving head first into a lava lamp.
