IT IS HER FIRST SHOW IN GREECE

BETTINA HALLER shows

WODDBLOCL CUTS
ACRYLBLOCK CUTS
PORTFOLIOS and BOOKS

BETTINA HALLER works in the exacting technique of WOODBLOCK CUTS like the great Japanese masters of the 18th century HOKUSAI or HIROSHIGE or in it's more advanced modern version ACRYLBLOCK CUTS.

A very rare and ambitious technique indeed nowadays. The quality of her skilfully small executed graphics evokes a dense, fabulous warmth. LITERATURE mainly LYRICS is the main source of her work, like the "HAIKU JAPANESE POETRY" - PORTFOLIO with coloured woodblock cuts. It is the MAGIC, the FABULOUS and Hallers FANTASY-FILLED IMAGINATION one is so attracted to her work.
