Annuals and Perennials  <BGSOUND SRC="falling.mid">

There is no set rules to encouraging fairys into your garden nor a specific list of plants that are needed... But having said that I have never found fairys amongst cactus or rockeries... not with out some plants and a source of water

Of course an good place to start is planting herbs and plants the fairys find useful. You may find the magical plant list a easy place to start but there is no specifics in growing them as on an international level I could never suggest all growing conditions...one country to another , let alone one hemisphere to another...

Healing herbs (which I daren't recommend HOW to use ) also, are a great place to start ... Although, Calendula Marigolds (not FRENCH MARIGOLDS),Lavender Augustifolia, German/Roman Camomile, Echinacea, etc... these are just a minor, minor few out of an endless list

I would reccommend:
AAAAAAAAA
Alyssum (Alyssum)
Arnica (Arnica Montana)
Anemone (Anenome Pulsatilla)
Azalea (NOT MEDICAL or Magic but very pretty)
Almond Tree (Prunus dulcis)
Aloe Vera (a cactus but very well worth having)
Angelica (Angelica Archangelica)
Apple (Pyrus spp.) There are even minature apples that can be grown in pots...
