Ok, here's where I'll be placing any fonts that I use on my page, and any utilities that go with fonts.
merlin.zip 32K*
This is the font I was using for my poems. I still love this font, and still will be using it in some places. And since I know hardly any (I won't say any, you never know) people have this font, I'm placing it here for you to download. After you download and unzip it, place the font file in the C:\Windows\Fonts directory.

TTConverter.hqx 32K
Mac users, don't despair! I'm sure you were thinking, great, how do I get to see this font? Well, I'm a Mac user too. I found the nifty utility that's above. It allows you to convert Windows True Type fonts into Mac TT fonts (or vice-versa). To use the converter (since I got it with no read me whatsoever), you need to first unzip the zip file. I know Stuffit does this, but it doesn't do it right; I recommend using Unzipit to do this, it does the job. After you unzip it, locate the font (it has a .TT or .TTF after the name) and simply drag it onto the TTConverter app. This will create a font suitcase, with the name of the font and something in parenthesis after it (I forgot exactly what, I deleted that part of the name), with the font inside. It's as easy as that. Remember to put the suitcase in the Fonts folder inside your System Folder. Have fun with it!
ResEdit Icon Patch
respatch.hqx 52K
This patch patches your ResEdit Preferences to display some icons in place of the generic ones ResEdit uses, and also changes/adds colors to a few others. This is really only useful to Kaleidoscope schemers (the icons I patched are for the resources found in a Kaleidoscope scheme), though anybody can use this patch if they wish. To apply it, just double click on the patch and tell it where the ResEdit Preferences is (in the Preferences folder). If you run into any problems, read the included Read Me. If that doesn't help, email me (address in the Read Me also).
