Margaret M. Carson was trained in drawing (1980) at the Carnegie
Institute in Pittsburgh
and at programs (1993 to 2003) in watercolor painting, drawing and collage at
Schools
including Glassel School of Art, Rice University and The Art League of
Houston.
The artist has traveled extensively and her landscapes reflect views that range
from the London skyline
at sunset, the Maroon Bells at dusk and the Arab desert in late afternoon. Her works include domestic and foreign landscapes, city scenes and some floral watercolor paintings.
She has exhibited her works at the Arts Festival in Pittsburgh's Point Park,
the Spring Student Art Show at Glassell, and at the Art League Gallery in
Houston.
