The Holocaust

Words cannot completely describe the horrors of WWII. Millions of people dead, and many more scarred by the expeirainces they faced. I could never hope to cover all of it in this small page, and besides this site is about fairytales.

So why am I writing this?

Because fairytales have long been used by writers to express protest about issues. Like the previous pages on Feminism and Abuse, writers have written stories about experiances of people in WWII.

The following are familiar tales reworked into haunting literary messages. Few have happy endings, for while the protagonists survive (for the most part) there are all to many who do not.
