These are just some of my favorite art museums. I especially love all museums that collect and exhibit art of the past few decades. Whenever I can, I try to discover 'new' museums all over the world.
My absolute favorites are marked with 3 asterisks ( *** ) This is, of course, just a subjective ranking. I however strongly recommend to visit those museums marked with asterisks. They are worth a trip. You won't regret it!
