Paving the Path to Heaven

At the distance
It looked like a children game
Throwing stones to a soccer ball
Covered by a white sheet
The name of God
Could hardly be heard
Amidst the voices of
Fear, revenge and ignorance
I wonder how God
Could have heard
The pain of the lover
When the game was finished
The red sheet was pulled out
And the crowd
Satisfied serving the god
Went home
To end
Another day
