Arias and symphonies! Oh sorry wrong topic. Or is it? A picture does speak a thousand words, so to say. An artist’s chosen medium, (no not the kind)as herein lies at you finger tips, or mouse click away, are pixels and electronic funk. Feel like dancing?(BIG SMILE)
So long it has been since I’ve put pen to parchment, or mouse to pad, and created, expressed and developed a new work of art. What is art anyhow, you ask, so I'll answer.
Expressions of an individual really when it comes down to the nitty gritty. Or how the artist views the world around them, or from their mind's eye.(oh, that's the ticket!)
Fleeting thoughts, distortions, a memory, a tree, a person, and a flashlight beam on a single stone or leaf. Whatever tickles their fancy. Or perhaps a giant canvas with a huge red stripe that sells for a million bucks(dollars, that is, American) and it's a work of art.
Well my works of art don't sell, it just talks, listen, did you hear that? Decide for yourself what speaks to you, what make you FEEL, like music. That an art in itself.
Express yourself don’t repress yourself. Who said that?(scroll down more, you'll find out, tee hee) That’s what I do. A lot. Ask my friends. I’m quite noisy. Horses are like that.(manialcal laughter echoes down the halls)

And now a word from my good friend and personal Art critic SUSAN.
What is Art ? Now that, my friends, is a truly tantalizing question. Art stirs the soul and gladdens the heart. Art can and often does, overwhelm us with questions as part of its ceaseless quest to unearth the meaning of existence.
Art presents to us an image of humankind. The noble, the gentle human. The cruel, the heartless human. We are all of these things and so much more. Art that sings with love and passion. Art that cries out with a fearful anguish borne of cold, solid pain. Art attempts to explore, examine and explain just what exactly it is about being ALIVE.
I am Susan. One of life's wanderers, an amateur art critic, lover of words, and boon companion of the blessed soul that has created the paintings on this web page. I cannot answer the question I asked of you. But I would like to share my thoughts on these works of Art with you. They are only my thoughts - designed to encourage you, enlighten you, and tantalize you - please look at the paintings and allow them to speak to you.
