Kawasaki MARI-EN is the community institution produced in order to promote exchange of a citizen and a harbor. Kawasaki MARI-EN is in Ougi-shima about 10km away from the Kawasaki city, Kanagawa Pref. From the view room of this building, it can look at Tokyo Bay or the Keihin industrial area. If air is clear, the town by the side of Chiba Prefecture is also visible.
