                    Worked as a Troubleshooting Advocate in Customer Assistance.  Duties included
                    handling of refunds, customer education, complaints, and account maintenance for the
                    client Sprint PCS.  Used company database software with Windows95.  Often
                    handled irate and belligerent customers resolving problems.

          Utah Transportation Center  Mar. 97 - Mar. 98
                    Graphic Designer under Cynthia Prante.  Designed web interface for utah Department
                    of Transportation that was to be recorded on CDROM.  The Web site was to answer
                    questions and allay concerns about the policies and practices of UDOT, as well as
                    involve the general public in the long-term planning process of public transportation.
                    Developed two cartoon characters; Cammy and Joe Public, drawing over 200
                    illustrations for use on the site.  Coded the site via Microsoft Frontpage web design
                    editor.

          Discovery Research Group  Aug. 96 - Mar. 97
                    Telephone Interviewer.  Performed telephone surveys for DRG's clients.  Information
                    was to be recorded in an exact manner, questions were to be queried without bias.
                    Most of the surveys performed were for political, and market research purposes.
                    Surveys were computer assisted for accuracy.

          I am an artist, poet, and a writer.  This allows me to be extremely creative.  I love to design and produce strategy computer and board games.  I avidly play racquetball and enjoy any sport where I can actively participate.  I enjoy science fiction and fantasy literature.  I am fascinated by science and technology, and awed by nature.  Noting excites me more than to show people something they have never experienced before.
