US will be acquiring an american software company.
The exact details of the company have just been released after much
secrecy. Jhatpat is acquiring SlipShod Incorporated (US),
a fully owned subsidiary of Indian mega-giant PhatPhat Soft. The CIO
is to be an astonished but delighted Mr Lollipop
Dingbra, kicked up from Assistant Technical Manager. He will
report to Director Seen MuddySusan. Mr James V. Doolittle
has left a lucrative position as MD of Computer Corner to join as the
Chief Executive of Jhatpat US.
SlipShod Inc. had approx 5 Asian employees (including the janitor, receptionist,
secretary, office assistant and Lan
Administrator) who have recently put in their papers upon hearing of
the takeover. They are reportedly starting their own
software firm, JhakMaar Soft (after turning millionaires by selling
their options prior to announcement of the acquisition). SS
had reportedly been without a President, Managing Director or CEO for
quite some time, but the profitability of the company
skyrocketed in that period. All managers had been fired by the India
based revolutionary head of parent company JhatPat (Mr
Our Power) who in a written statement declared defiantly "They're
all we need to run a winning company. We'll show 'em how
to do it !".
Mr Sheep N Udder confessed that finding programmers to work in SlipShod
Inc for peanuts was proving difficult. We are
tying up with KMart for that, he whispered. They get things real cheap.
