This very beautiful rainbow was completely contained within the valley to the north of Cortona. At the opposite end from the picture, there was a second, very faint higher in the sky.

This staircase leads up to the Museo dell'Accademia Etrusca, which is housed in Palazzo Casali.

Piazza della Republica was turned into a concert hall for a week for performances by Andre Rieu, a world renowned violinist. It was quite a spectacle, but the man was full of himself.
