Our One-year Goals for 2001-2002

• Increase membership to 110 Members (100 DPM's)
• More PR for Philanthropy Event
• Establish Programs/Meetings through December 2002
• A working Philanthropy Commitee with a Philanthropy Chair Elect
• More Collegiate/ Alumnae Interaction
• Improved Communications
• Welcome Event for new Theta's to the area
• More Electronic Communications
• Meet newsletter deadlines of August 1 and December 1
• Set up Babysitter list with BK

Our Five-year Goals

• 150+ DPM's (25% of Des Moines Area Thetas
• $5000 Revenue Philanthropy "Signature Event"
• Corporate matching sponsor for "Signature Event" Philanthropy
• Increase number of women attending and participating by 15%
• Expand College Mentoring Program
• Personalized Survey Forms
• Organize help for Recruitment/ Philanthropy with GPi and BK
• Have Bi-Annual Neighborhood Gatherings
• Better communications with BK and GPi
• Be elegible for Golden Kite and Twin Star International Awards
• Four Newsletters per year
• Submit at least 2 times a year to the THETA Magazine
• 90% Board Member attendance at all meetings
• Tie into HQ and have a local networking database/ career night
