My Friends...

Lets see...I consider myself to have three best friends...Radha, Karen and Saboor...Well...anyways...I thought that I would tell you a bit about them since I really dont know what else to add on my homepage...so here goes!!

June, 1997 (Stanley) Radha: Hmmm...I have known her for about 14 years now!! Wow! That is a long long time, isnt it?! Well...she is the bestest friend I've ever had...we went to school together for 10 years and then I left for Hong Kong...she is 18 years old and is now planning to go to UK for university...London to be very exact...thats kinda cool coz a lot of my other friends seem to be going there too!! Besides that..there is a lot more to her than meets the eye...she's always been there for me whenever I needed her and she's just like this really great person...I am so thankful to god to have met her!! We've been through a lot together...as in starting school together...to practicing our little nursery rhymes!!! That was hilarious!! Hey Radha...do you remember the "Hand on my hips..." one!!!! And we actually sang that together in Assembly!! How embarassing is that!?!?

Karen: ...we've basically known each other for only 2 years...before that she was always known as Tamara's friend to me...and for some reason she was always so proud to say that her name begins with a "K" which for her is of major significance for some reason!! Dont ask me!! Every time I got a card from her she always mentioned the fact that we are such cool people coz both our names begin with a "K"!! She's one hell of a crazy person...I mean I know that she is the Deputy Head of WIS and stuff but God! Once you get to know her...you'll be surprised...wanna know something really wierd...well...she actually TALKS to her turtles in this very stupid baby like voice and it is so damn annoying...and for some reason she LOVES Aaron Kwok!! I mean YUCK!!! Hello?! Like major bad taste..and I'm pretty sure that a lot of you would agree on that!! Besides that she gets depressed easily...oh yeah and one more thing....she is really violent!! I mean ask anyone!! Ask Kenrick!! He'll tell you all the torture he's been through!! (Joke!) March, 1997

June 19th, 1998 (Formal) Saboor: Well...I have known him for 2 years as well...and over these two years I learned a lot about him and guys in general!! I mean...you know how we females keep moaning about how all guys are total jerks...well...after I got to know him I still have some hope you know...I mean sure some guys are real jerks but hey there are always exceptions...him being one of them!! He's kinda crazy but fun to be with...!! He does have his wierd points like Karen and a lot of my other friends...like some of his beliefs...such as...he thinks that ghosts exist and that they live in the toilet!! Dont ask me why...but thats what he told me!!...and lets see....what else can I tell you about him...oh yeah...he is like totally addicted to sweets!! I mean seriously...I have never seen anybody who loves Skittles as much as he does!!! Oh yeah...he is in the WIS Sqaush Team and is supposedly a really good squash player (although I've never really seen him playing!!)!!!..he also likes to play basketball... Over the two years...he has changed in a lot of ways...he has become a better person though and his future aspiration is to either join the Pakistani Army or become an Architect...not sure about which he'll pick but I would go for the latter! Whatever career he decides on though...he will always be my little cookie monster to me!!

Besides that I have loads of other really good friends too...so I'll tell you a bit about them now, okay? Well actually...I have two categories of friends...ones from India from MSVV and the other from here in HongKong from WIS....

Rajvi: She is one hell of a crazy person...hmm....let me try to describe her...she is what I would call a total Party Freak!! She is a lot of fun to be with and has a habit of having totally amazing parties n stuff...she is kinda hyper too...sporty as well if I say so myself...I remember running againsy her for Sports Captain!! Jeez..that was ages ago!!!! Besides that we go back a long time...we used to sit together in class 8 and it was a total bash coz we got upto all our silly schemes there which went from our expertise in cheating on tests n stuff to skiving classes and god knows what else!! She is one of the most fun person I know...she is now going to study in London and her future aspiration is to become a fashion designer...I think! Well...good luck Rajvi!! December, 1996

February 2nd, 1998 Jiyoon: Hmm....dont know what to say about her...she is one of a kind but tends to get hyper a lot of times...its like first thing in the morning people are usually trying to wake up when we get in for registration but Jiyoon....she is either stressing out about something or jumping around and happy...depending on her mood...but ever since she started going out with Binbin...it has usually been a verry HAPPY mood!!!...Actually...to be very truthful..she is the first student that I remember talking to when I first came in to West Island...and ever since then she has helped me out in a lot of ways...she helped me meet new people...make more friends and she has always been there for me whenever I had any problems...although inbetween there was a time that we drifted apart but that was mostly my fault...so sorry about that Ji!! But hopefully we'll always keep in touch and be FFL (as she says it!!)...good luck with Binbin and everything else...hang in there girlfriend!!

Vrinda:Well...lets see..she has been my friend for about 14 years too...we went to the same school n stuff and we used to be really really good friends...actually best friends...she still is a pretty good friend of mine...its just that we've sorta drifted apart ever since I moved to Hong Kong...and for some reason she has this MAJOR misunderstanding and she thinks that I dont like her and bitch about her or whatever...which is so untrue!! Anyways...I just wanted to clear that up so there!! She's actually a pretty cool person...fun to be with n stuff...! Well then Vrinda...if you read this then do write to me, okay?? I still luv you!!!! July, 1997

July, 1997 Roshni: She is one of those people I have known forever...I mean we even went to kindergarden together and have known each other for 15 years now!! She is the oldest friend that I remember having...we went through a lot together...starting from kindergarden with our little threesome of her, me and this other guy we used to know (lost touch now though!) to all those times we went singing together for the choir n stuff!! There are a lot of memories out there!! Hey...do you remember Mr. Kashyap and how we used to totally adore him...as a teacher ofcourse!! Oh and ofcourse...all those fight we had with that Raghav Bhalla guy when we were in our "I hate boys" days!! Hehe!! That was pretty cool...and then she sorta moved to Dubai but we kept in touch through emails n snail mail n stuff...anyways..now she is back in India and planning to start college there...so good luck Rosh!!

Stella: She is one cool person...she's korean...went to the same school as me and she's really funny!! She is the one and only person that I know of who can stay happy for so long constantly!! Oh...and you should hear her singing!!!! She's like the next Mariah Carey!! Well...anyways...she's been a great friend to me..so thanx Stella for everything that you've done for me and keep in touch, okay?!? May 13th, 1998 (Sixth Form Area)

June 19th, 1998 (Graduation Ceremony) Steven: I have known him for around 2 years and he is like a really great guy...I mean that..he's sorta been like the big brother that I never had...he joined WIS in Yr 12 and then deserted us earlier than we expected him to!! So unfair!! But he's still been a good friend to me and a lot of other people too!!...like every time I have a problem I know that I can just go and talk to him about it and stuff...He's kinda helped me get through hard times and I just wanted to thank him for that....so thanks Steve...for everything!! Oh yeah...he is also kinda religious and believes that God will make everything work for us...like he has a lot of faith in god and overall he's a very optimistic person!!..and his future plan is to go to college in Australia...I think...and become a professor and a pilot!! Hmm...I wonder how he's gonna manage all that in one lifetime!!

Masatoki: He is like a really funny guy...kinda reminds me of Mr. Bean actually...I think that its basically his innocence that makes him the way he is....oh and ofcourse he can cheer you up any time...so every time i get depressed about anything I can always count on him to cheer me up!! Thanks for that Mas!! Besides that...well...he's in Japan now and thinks that he might forget to speak english for some reason!! Oh...he also believes in Aliens...you should ask him about the dream he had when he got abducted by aliens!!! Hmmm...I guess he had just been watching too much X-files or something!!! June, 1996 (Lan Kwai Fong) Joyce: Like Steven...Joyce left us earlier than expected as well...hmm....dont know what to say about her...I really miss her squealing after she left though..she is the kind of person who can always keep you amused...until and unless you've been on the phone with her for a long long time!!! For Joyce...I think phone communication was kinda like a big deal...we would just confrence a lot of people and sit there for ages talking about absolute crap!! After she left though....all the gossips seem to have dissappeared along with her...whick kinda sux!! She's in the Phillipines now probably starting college soon...well...Good luck Joyce!! And thanx for being a totally awesome friend!!

Ryu: He is also a really cool guy...I've known him for 2 years even thoug we were together in class 10 and 11 we never really spoke much to each other...but ever since Yr 12 he's been a really good friend to me...he's always there when you need to talk to someone and if I need any advice...especially in the guys department...But when it comes to his little secrets...its always "maybe and maybe not"!! Ugghhhh!!!! So annoying...but besides that he's a great guy with a bad haircut!! (Joke!!) Actually...to be honest...his hair isn't THAT bad...but its great fun to bug him about it coz it totally stresses him out!! May 13th, 1998 (Hotshots)
