This is the pond in the Spring of 1997 . . .

This is the Spring cleaning of the pond. I quickly became attached to the goldfish pond which was already built where I live. Efy, from "Aquatic Services", is catching the remaining goldfish.

The pond is made of concrete and has a brick border. Depth is about 11 inches and has a fountain which circulates the water. More cleaning.

With the fountain running and the lights on, about 90 goldfish are in the pond.

There are a variety of water lilies which have blooms of white, yellow, and lavender. Anacharis was added later which helped clear up the water from all the algae. Here are some white lily blooms and small goldfish.

This pond is located in Richmond, Virginia.
