David participated in the R3 Service event 1842 in Seminole Indian, Fl War.(26) David is listed in the 1850 census as age 30, being born in Georiga. He wife is Elizabeth, age 22, with children Piety age 2 female, and Emaline age 6/12 female. In the 1860 census of Bradford Co, FL he is listed as age 37, a farmer and is listed as being born in NC, his wife is Julia A.(Addison) age 22 being born in FL. Childrem listed are: P. Jane 10 F W. Eveline 8 F W, Cabbel 7 M W, Wright 5 M W, Wealthy A. 3 F W, all born in FL. In the books "Wire Grass of Georiga" a Wright Browning, born in about 1813 in NC is listed. Family stories have said this was David's brother. David did name his second son Wright. We have searched the 1830 & 40 census for North Hampton Co., NC for Daivd with no luck. Records show that he fought in the Seminole Indian War of 1842 in Florida and those records show he was born in SC.

Esther died February 14, 1951 at 61 years of age. He married Atha Byrd. Atha was born August 15,
1894. Atha died June 30, 1978 at 83 years of age.
