Create
Knowledge creation, or the creation of knowledge objects (KO), is the first step in the evolution process. Information comes in many forms:
- Scientific research articles
- Media files
- Business processes
Information may stem from theories, tacit knowledge, conversations, lectures, etc.
At this point in the evolution process, information is just that – information. Individuals or groups of people may create and store volumes of information, using various storage methods, but little has been done to the information to make it actual usable knowledge.
