Process for some services

First I will speak with you to discuss your overall objectives, your goals for the site is very important to me, because I feel in order to develop an effective website you first must know what the clients needs are in regards to a website.

My methods of transforming your thoughts and ideas into a web presence are unmatched, because we take the time to listen and understand. Once I have evaluated your wants, I will then start the process of forming your website.

First I will start by presenting you with a customized template based on what I have gathered from you, once you have viewed the template, I will contact you either through phone or email to see if the layout is satisfactory. If yes, then I will proceed to the next level, if no then I will make an attempt to gather more information on what you are exactly looking for and present you with another customized template.

Once you are fully satisfied with the initial layout these are the steps taken.

Content gathering (This generally comes from the client unless authorized by client to use external content.)

Image gathering (This also comes from the client unless authorized by client to use external photos, images, etc.) Phone consultation (This process helps keep a positive line of communication and insures that both the client and designer have complete understanding)

Keyword Analysis (This method helps you target the right market. Only used if client acquires these services.)

Search Engine Optimization (This is method is used to prepare your web pages for search engines. Only used if services are acquired by client.)

Website submissions (This method is used to gain exposure with the major search engines. Only used if services are acquired by client.)
