Drippy Text

	Using Paint Shop Pro's text tool choose a font .( I used 48pnt. Bell Bottom in this tutorial) Place your text on the screen *Don't* deselect it.
	Get the graphic POOL.GIF here.
	Select FILE > OPEN > *POOL.GIF* Select the FILL tool from the tool palette From the control palette select : (Type *pattern,* Opacity 100) OPTIONS (*POOL*) Fill the text
	Select IMAGE > EFFECTS > CUTOUT (Shadow Color *white*, Opacity 65, Blur 5,Vert. Offset 4, Horiz. Offset 4)
	Select IMAGE > EFFECTS > CUTOUT (Shadow Color *white*, Opacity 65, Blur 5,Vert. Offset -4, Horiz. Offset -4)
	Here is the same text on a *white* background with a drop shadow added
