	Using Paint Shop Pro's text tool choose a font .( I used 48 pnt. Busorama in this tutorial) Select black for your foreground color. Place your text on the screen and deselect it.
	Select IMAGE > OTHER > ERODE 4 times.
	Select IMAGE > BLUR > BLUR MORE
	Select COLORS > ADJUST > BRIGHTNESS/CONTRAST (Brightness 50, Contrast 59) Select IMAGE > BLUR > BLUR
	Select white for your foreground color. Center the text and deselect it.
