Place your text on the screen
Don't
deselect it.

tool from the tool palette.
From the control palette select :
(Type pattern, Oppacity 100)

- Fill the text.

RETOUCH
tool from the tool palette.

(Type push, Size 3)

Drag "tendrils" upward from the text.

(Type soften)
