Once the picture. Click on the magnification
button.

Magnify the picture by left clicking on the AVATAR makeing it larger than
it should be.

 Use the freehand tool
click on one area of the picture press the left mouse button and slowly
drag it around the area you want to be colorized.

You should see a broken line around the area that You had selected.
(here I done the hair)

Go to COLORS > ADJUST
> RED/BLUE/GREEN.

The window shows up.

Useing the slide bars for each color adjust them untill you get the desired
color (here I went with red) (red = 9 green = -15 blue = -65)

Click OKAY then save it.
