Goin' Where the Water Tastes Like Wine.....                     -The Grateful Dead

     Perhaps the only thing better than ponding (i.e. building and enjoying personal ponds), is drinking home made wine while ponding.  We have only been involved in this hobby a few years.  Only 2 successful years - if it doesn't look like it is brewing, it isn't!  Trust us!  We watched the same batch of strawberry sit and do nothing for ever.  What happened is still a mystery but that was our first attempt.   We tried again and the results hooked us!

    We have done a considerable amount of reading and question asking and it seems to us that this is one of those hobbies that everyone is an expert and has their own opinion.    No one is entirely wrong yet there isn't a perfect answer.  Everything seems to be multiple choice yet the best answer is left up to you.  The whole process can be as simple or as complicated as you like and is customizable either way you choose.

    Currently we are still in simple mode.   It produces very desirable results and still keeps us entertained.  We are going to get more serious about it soon though as time permits.
