Rice Krispy Chicken
4 boneless, skinless chicken* 2 cups rice krispies
1 or 2 eggs 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Mix eggs and garlic powder in a bowl.  Fill a gallon size ziploc bag rice krispies (about half full).  Dip chicken into egg mixture, then rice krispies.  Bake on wire rack over a cookie (to keep chicken from sitting in drippings) for about 20 to 30 minutes at 400º.

*You may also use chicken on the bone, but it should cook for at least one hour.  It also does not have to be skinless, unless you prefer less fat.
