If you've just signed up and you need further instructions as to what to do now, simply cut and paste the codes from the page that shows you the HTML codes (the page you see after clicking "submit" button). Once you do that, you must go and where you see "_YOUR_SITE_ID_HERE" in the codes, you replace that with whatever number your ID is. If for some reason this cannot be accomplished, send me email and i will give you further instructions.
