To win this award there are some simple rules.
Qualifications
1.The site can be about Celebs or non-celebs.
2.The site must be PG rated.
3.It must be about a Buff man (or men).
4.The men (or man) must be over the age of 20.
5.Pictures are a must.
Disqualifications
1.Sorry but nudes are not aloud.
2.Pop-up windows (are bad).
3.Hard to navigate (we want to see the men).
All winners must agree to display the award on your page along with a link back to this
site.
Winning web sites will be listed in the Buff Hall of Fame!
